EMPLOYEES RETRAINING ORDINANCE - SECT 28

Power of delegation

(1) The Executive Director may, in writing, authorize any employee of the
Board, a training body or training provider to exercise any of his powers or
perform any of his duties under this Ordinance. (Amended 102 of 1994 s. 17)

(2) The Director may, in writing, authorize any officer of the Immigration
Department to exercise any of his powers or perform any of his duties under
this Ordinance.

(3) In this Ordinance but not in subsection (1) or (2) "Executive
Director" or " Director", as the case may be, includes any person authorized
by the Executive Director or the Director, respectively, under this section.
