EMPLOYEES RETRAINING ORDINANCE - SECT 26
Evidence by certificate
A certificate purporting to be signed by the Chairman or any member authorized
by the Board that any notice served under this Ordinance has or has not been
complied with or has or has not been complied with at any date shall be
sufficient evidence of that fact until the contrary is proved. (Enacted 1992)
