HONG KONG ACADEMY OF MEDICINE ORDINANCE - SECT 11

Education Committee

(1) There shall be a Committee of the Council to be known as the
Education Committee.

(2) The Education Committee shall be constituted as specified in any
regulation made under section 12(1)(n) and carry out such functions as may be
specified in such regulation.

(3) The Council may give directions to the Education Committee generally or in
a particular case in respect of the performance of its functions and the
Education Committee shall comply with any such direction. (Enacted 1992)
