PART II

PLANNERS REGISTRATION BOARD

(1) There is established a board to be known as the Planners Registration
Board which shall be a body corporate having perpetual succession and a common
seal.

(2) The Board shall consist of not less than 9 members appointed by the
Council and, in addition, may include one member appointed by the Chief
Executive. (Amended 57 of 1999 s. 3)

(3) Notice of every appointment made under this section shall be published in
the Gazette.

(4) The Council shall not appoint a person as a member of the Board unless he
is a member of the Institute. (Enacted 1991)
