PENSION BENEFITS (JUDICIAL OFFICERS) ORDINANCE - SECT 5
Pension benefits to be charged to general revenue
There shall be charged on and paid out of the general revenue all money that
is from time to time granted by way of pension benefits. (Enacted 1988)
