PENSION BENEFITS (JUDICIAL OFFICERS) ORDINANCE - SECT 16
Minimum medical pension
An officer referred to in section 7(1)(h) is entitled to a minimum pension
based on 25% of his highest pensionable emoluments. (Enacted 1988)
