Appeal in habeas corpus proceedings

Adaptation amendments retroactively made - see 25 of 1998 s. 2 An appeal shall
lie as of right to the Court of Appeal from any decision of the
Court of First Instance on an application for habeas corpus, whether the
Court of First Instance orders the release of the person detained or refuses
