HIGH COURT ORDINANCE - SECT 12D

Court of First Instance not to have jurisdiction in cases within Rhine Navigation Convention

Adaptation amendments retroactively made - see 25 of 1998 s. 2 The
Court of First Instance shall not have jurisdiction to determine any claim or
question certified by the Governor to be a claim or question which under the
Rhine Navigation Convention, falls to be determined in accordance with the
provisions of that Convention; and any proceedings to enforce such a claim
which are commenced in the Court of First Instance shall be set aside. (Added
