OCEAN PARK CORPORATION ORDINANCE - SECT 8

Membership of the Board

(1) The Board shall consist of not less than 7 members appointed by the Chief
Executive.

(2) Without prejudice to section 42 of the Interpretation and 
General Clauses Ordinance ( Cap 1), a member shall hold office for a period of
not more than 3 years as the Chief Executive may determine, but may from time
to time be re-appointed.

(3) Any member may at any time by notice in writing to the Chief Executive
resign from the Board. (Enacted 1987. Amended 59 of 2000 s. 3)
