Chief Executive may give directions

Adaptation amendments retroactively made - see 59 of 2000 s. 3 The Chief
Executive may, if he considers the public interest so requires, give
directions in writing to the Corporation in relation to the performance of its
functions or the exercise of its powers and the Corporation shall comply with
those directions. (Enacted 1987. Amended 59 of 2000 s. 3)
