OCEAN PARK CORPORATION ORDINANCE - SECT 37

Chief Executive may obtain information

Adaptation amendments retroactively made - see 59 of 2000 s. 3 The Corporation
shall upon request by the Chief Executive afford to him sufficient facilities
for obtaining information with respect to the property and affairs of the
Corporation and shall in such manner and at such times as the Chief Executive
may require furnish him with returns, accounts and other information with
respect thereto and afford to him facilities for the verification of
information furnished. (Enacted 1987. Amended 59 of 2000 s. 3)
