OCEAN PARK CORPORATION ORDINANCE - SECT 31

Application of the Fund

The Corporation shall apply-

   (a)  such of the Fund as consists of the moneys and assets referred to in
        section 30(3)(a) directly or indirectly in such manner as is necessary
        for-

        (i)    capital expenditure on development projects for Ocean Park; or

        (ii)   the promotion of such other functions specified in section  17
               (a), (b) or (c) as the Chief Executive in Council may approve;
               and (Amended 59 of 2000 s. 3)

   (b)  such of the Fund as consists of any interest, dividends and income
        referred to in section 30(3)(b) directly or indirectly in such manner
        as is necessary for the promotion of its functions specified in
        section 17(a), (b) and (c). (Enacted 1987)
