OCEAN PARK CORPORATION ORDINANCE - SECT 20

Employment of technical and professional advisers

(1) The Corporation may engage the services of technical and professional
advisers to advise the Corporation in any matter arising out of or in
connection with any of the functions or powers of the Corporation.

(2) All matters relating to the remuneration and the terms and conditions of
engagement of advisers, and the manner of their engagement, under subsection
(1) shall be determined by the Corporation. (Enacted 1987)
