Appeals against determination of the Secretary
PART IV
APPEAL
(1) A person aggrieved by a determination of the Secretary under section 7(3)
may appeal to the Appeal Board.
(2) Any person who wishes to appeal under this section shall lodge a notice of
appeal in manner and form specified by the Secretary within 28 days after
receiving notice of the determination to which the appeal relates. (Enacted
1991)
