ROAD TRAFFIC ORDINANCE - SECT 62
Penalty for obstruction
Without prejudice to any other provisions of this Ordinance, any person who
obstructs any police officer or traffic warden or the Commissioner in the
exercise of any power conferred under this Ordinance commits an offence and is
liable to a fine of $2000 and to imprisonment for 3 months.
