MERCHANT SHIPPING (SAFETY) ORDINANCE - SECT 92
Saving for other enactments relating to dangerous goods
The provisions of this Part relating to the carriage of dangerous goods shall
be in addition to and not in substitution for, or in restraint of, any other
enactment relating to the carriage of dangerous goods.
