MERCHANT SHIPPING (SAFETY) ORDINANCE - SECT 28
Delivery up of certificates
(1) The Director may require any certificate issued under this Part which has
expired or has been cancelled to be delivered up as he directs.
(2) Any owner or master who fails, without reasonable excuse, to comply with a
requirement under subsection (1) commits an offence and is liable to a fine of
$5000.
