Amendments retroactively made - see 25 of 1998 s. 2 The Chief Justice may make
rules of court regulating and prescribing the procedure and the practice to be
followed in the Court of First Instance under this Part, and any matters
incidental to or relating to that procedure or practice, including rules
prescribing any matter or thing that under this Part is to be or may be
prescribed by rules of court. (Added 11 of 1996 s. 17. Amended 25 of 1998 s.
