PNEUMOCONIOSIS AND MESOTHELIOMA (COMPENSATION) ORDINANCE - SECT 44

Authentication and production in evidence of documents

(Past version on 30/06/1997).

(1) Any notice or other document given or issued by the Board may be signed by
an officer of the Board, authorized by the Board for the purposes of this
subsection.

(2) Any document purporting to be a notice or other document given or issued
by the Board and purporting to be signed by an officer of the Board authorized
under subsection (1) shall be received in evidence and shall until the
contrary is proved be deemed to be such a notice or other document.
