LIMITATION ORDINANCE - SECT 14
Limitation of redemption actions
When a mortgagee of land has been in possession of any of the mortgaged land
for a period of 12 years, no action to redeem the land of which the mortgagee
has been so in possession shall thereafter be brought by the mortgagor or any
person claiming through him. (Amended 31 of 1991 s. 7) [cf. 1939 c. 21 s. 12
