SMALL CLAIMS TRIBUNAL ORDINANCE - SECT 23
Evidence
(1) The tribunal may at any time during the hearing of a claim allow a witness
or a party to give evidence on oath or unsworn.
(2) The rules of evidence shall not apply to proceedings in the tribunal,
which may receive any evidence which it considers relevant. (Replaced 14 of
1986 s. 8)
