DISTRICT COURT ORDINANCE - SECT 48B
Contempt of Court
A judge has the powers of a judge of the Court of First Instance to-
(a) punish for disobedience of a judgment or order of the Court; or
(b) punish for breach of undertaking; or
(c) discipline or punish for breach of a duty imposed upon a solicitor by
rules of court. (Added 28 of 2000 s. 24)
