DISTRICT COURT ORDINANCE - SECT 47C

Provisions supplementary to sections 47A and 47B

(1) The power to make rules of court includes power to make rules of court as
to the circumstances in which an order under section 47A or 47B can be made.

(2) Rules may include the incidental, supplementary and consequential
provisions which the Rules Committee may consider necessary or expedient.

(3) The Court shall award costs of and incidental to the proceedings to the
person against whom an order is sought under sections  47A and 47B unless the
Court otherwise directs. (Added 28 of 2000 s. 24)
