Delegation of powers

PART XI

MISCELLANEOUS

The Registrar may delegate to any officer of the Registry of Trade Unions,
either generally or particularly, such of his powers, functions or duties
under this Ordinance as he may consider expedient: Provided that no delegation
made hereunder shall preclude the Registrar from exercising or performing at
any time any of the powers, functions or duties so delegated. (Amended L.N.
