Establishment of the Government Flying Service

PART II

ESTABLISHMENT OF THE GOVERNMENT FLYING SERVICE

(1) This Ordinance establishes the Government Flying Service which shall
perform the functions set out in section 5.

(2) The expense of establishing and maintaining the Government Flying Service
shall be met from moneys appropriated by the Legislative Council for the
purpose. (Enacted 1992)
