COMPANIES ORDINANCE - SECT 40B

Right to damages and compensation not affected

A person is not debarred from obtaining damages or other compensation from a
company by reason only of-

   (a)  his holding or having held shares in the company; or

   (b)  his having any right-

        (i)    to apply or subscribe for shares; or

        (ii)   to be included in the register of the company in respect of
