Chairman of the Authority

Adaptation amendments retroactively made - see 56 of 2000 s. 3

(1) The Chief Executive shall appoint a member to be chairman of the
Authority.

(2) If the chairman is absent from Hong Kong or is for any other reason unable
to act as chairman, the Chief Executive may appoint another member to be
chairman in his place during his absence or incapacity. (Amended 56 of 2000 s.
