SHIPPING AND PORT CONTROL ORDINANCE - SECT 79
Indemnity against damage, etc.
No action in respect of any damage to property or injury to person shall lie
against the Director or any other officer performing or exercising any
function, duty or power under section 20, 21 or 62.
