SHIPPING AND PORT CONTROL ORDINANCE - SECT 73

Discharge, storage, etc. of logs and other timber

Except in pursuance of the regulations made under this Ordinance, no person
shall-

   (a)  load or discharge logs or other timber at any public waterfront or
        public seawall within any port;

   (b)  discharge logs or other timber from a vessel into the waters of 
        Hong Kong; or

   (c)  tow or store logs or other timber in the waters of Hong Kong.
