BUSINESS REGISTRATION ORDINANCE - SECT 17
Appeals
(Past version on 30/06/1997).
Any person wishing to appeal under section 3(4A), 6(4E) or 9(5) may-
(a) in the case of an appeal under section 3(4A), within 28 days of the
service on him of the notice in which the Commissioner informs him
that the Commissioner is not satisfied that that person is not
carrying on business;
(b) in the case of an appeal under section 9(5), within 28 days of the
service on him of the notice in which the Commissioner informs him
that the Commissioner will not grant an exemption under section 9(1);
and
(c) in the case of an appeal under section 6(4E), within 28 days of the
service on him of the notice in which the Commissioner requests him to
make an application for registration under a different name, (Added 3
of 1999 s. 12) appeal to the Administrative Appeals Board. (Replaced 6
