BUSINESS REGISTRATION ORDINANCE - SECT 13

Inspection

(1) The Commissioner may authorize in writing any public officer to be an
inspector.

(2) Any business registration inspector and any inspector appointed under
subsection (1) shall, for the purpose of ascertaining whether the provisions
of this Ordinance are being complied with, have power at all reasonable times
to enter any premises at which he had reason to believe any business is being
carried on and there to make such examination and inquiry as may be necessary
for such purpose.
