MINIMUM INSURANCE COVER FOR THE PURPOSE OF SECTION 40

[sections 40 & 48A]

1.	For the purpose of section 40(1) Where the number of employees in relation to whom the policy is in force does not exceed 200 exceeds 200	Applicable amount $100 million per event $200 million per event
2.	For the purpose of section 40(1B) Where a principal contractor takes out a policy of insurance	$200 million per event
3.	For the purpose of section 40(1C) Where a group of companies takes out a policy of insurance	$200 million per event
