EMPLOYEES' COMPENSATION ORDINANCE - SECT 44A

Employer must produce policy

An employer insured under a policy of insurance issued for the purposes of 
this Part shall, within 10 days after receiving the written request of an
employee or other person having a claim against the employer, produce for
inspection to the employee or other person or his agent the policy of
insurance and all other documents relating to the policy. (Added 66 of 1993 s.
