APPLICATION, EXEMPTIONS AND CONSEQUENTIAL PROVISIONS

(2) Any offence under this Ordinance may be prosecuted, heard and determined
summarily by any magistrate in accordance with the provisions of the
Magistrates Ordinance ( Cap 227). (Amended 63 of 1970 s. 5; 50 of 1991 s. 4;
