Appointment of inspectors

INSPECTION OF SCHOOLS

The Chief Executive may by notice in the Gazette appoint by name or office-
(Amended 55 of 2000 s. 3)

   (a)  any officer of the Education Bureau to be an inspector of  schools;
        (Amended 3 of 2003 s. 9; L.N. 130 of 2007)

   (b)  any Government medical officer to be a medical officer of schools; and

   (c)  any health inspector to be a health inspector of schools.
