Transitional provisions for establishment of incorporated management committee

For the saving and transitional provisions relating to the amendments made by
the Resolution of the Legislative Council (L.N. 130 of 2007), see paragraph
(12) of that Resolution.

(1) Schedule 1 has effect in relation to the establishment of the
incorporated management committee of a school which does not have a school 
management company.

(2) The Secretary for Education may by notice published in the Gazette amend
Schedule 1. (Amended L.N. 130 of 2007) (PART IIIB added 27 of 2004 s. 16)
