EDUCATION ORDINANCE - SECT 40BO
Effect of certificate of incorporation
A certificate of incorporation issued under section 40BN shall be conclusive
evidence that the incorporated management committee is duly established under
this Ordinance. (PART IIIB added 27 of 2004 s. 16)
