EDUCATION ORDINANCE - SECT 37

Grounds for withdrawal of approval of supervisor

(Past version on 30/06/1997).

The Permanent Secretary may withdraw his approval of the supervisor of a
school if it appears to the Permanent Secretary that the supervisor- (Amended
3 of 2003 s. 11)

   (a)  is no longer a fit and proper person to be the supervisor;

   (b)  is not performing the duties of the supervisor satisfactorily;

   (c)  has ceased to perform the duties of the supervisor; or

   (d)  is no longer acceptable as such to the majority of the
        management committee.
