Change of name for school

(Past version on 30/06/1997).

(1) Where a school that is registered or provisionally registered wishes to
change its name it shall first obtain the approval of the Permanent Secretary.

(2) In considering an application under this section the same criteria apply
as in a decision by the Permanent Secretary under section  14 (1)(o). (Added
