PEAK TRAMWAY ORDINANCE - SECT 30

Service of summons, etc.

Any summons, writ, or other proceeding required to be served on the company
may be served by the same being left at, or sent by post directed to, the
principal office of the company, or being given or sent by post directed to
the secretary, or, in case there is no secretary, the solicitor of the
