PUBLIC BUS SERVICES ORDINANCE - SECT 39

Saving of existing regulations

Any regulation made under this Ordinance-

   (a)  whether in the exercise of the enabling powers in the Ordinance only
        or those and other enabling powers; and

   (b)  which was in force immediately before the commencement of the
Public Bus Services (Amendment) Ordinance 1994 (66 of 1994) (the "amending
Ordinance"), shall continue to be in force and have effect as if made by the
authority who, having regard to the subject-matter of the regulation, is
empowered to make that regulation on or after the commencement of
the amending  Ordinance and may be amended or revoked by such authority.
