LAW AMENDMENT AND REFORM (CONSOLIDATION) ORDINANCE - SECT 22D
No damages for loss of expectation of life unless child lives for at least 48 hours
No damages shall be recoverable under section 22B in respect of any loss of
expectation of life unless the child lives for at least 48 hours. [cf. 1976 c.
