LAW AMENDMENT AND REFORM (CONSOLIDATION) ORDINANCE - SECT 13A
Part performance and damages
(1) A court may award damages for breach of a contract of which there has been
part performance notwithstanding that an order for specific performance could
not, in the circumstances of the case, be made by the court.
(2) This section shall not apply to any contract made before 31 December 1972.
