MAGISTRATES ORDINANCE - LONG TITLE
Long title
To provide for the jurisdiction of magistrates and the procedure and practice
before magistrates in relation to offences punishable on summary conviction,
the transfer of charges to the District Court and the committal of persons
charged with indictable offences and for other purposes.
