JUVENILE OFFENDERS ORDINANCE - SECT 3
Age of criminal responsibility
(Past version on 30/06/1997).
It shall be conclusively presumed that no child under the age of 10 years can
be guilty of an offence. (Replaced 15 of 1973 s. 4. Amended 6 of 2003 s. 2)
