JUVENILE OFFENDERS ORDINANCE - SECT 21
Power to make rules

Amendments retroactively made - see 15 of 1999 s. 3
The Chief Executive in Council may make rules, as from time to time appear to
him to be necessary, providing for the proper carrying into effect of the
purposes of this Ordinance. (Replaced 8 of 1960 s. 4. Amended 15 of 1999 s. 3)
