JUVENILE OFFENDERS ORDINANCE - SECT 14A

Supervision order

(1) The Director of Social Welfare may make a supervision order against a
child or young person who is released from a place of detention after having
been detained for less than 6 months under a detention order.

(2) A supervision order shall contain conditions that-

   (a)  for a period from the date of his release until the expiration of 6
        months from the date of the detention order, the child or young 
        person shall be subject to supervision by such organization or person
        as may be specified therein; and

   (b)  the child or young person shall, while under such supervision, comply
        with such requirements, including requirements as to residence, as may
        be specified therein.

(3) The Director of Social Welfare may at any time vary or cancel a
