For the saving and transitional provisions relating to the amendments made by
the Resolution of the Legislative Council (L.N. 130 of 2007), see paragraph
(12) of that Resolution. The Board shall, within 2 months of the receipt by it
of the auditor's report in respect of its accounts for a particular
financial year or such longer period as the Secretary for Commerce and
Economic Development may allow, submit-

   (a)  a report on the affairs of the Board;

   (b)  a copy of its statement of accounts; and

   (c)  a copy of the auditor's report on the accounts, for that year to the
        Secretary for Commerce and Economic Development. (Part IIIA added 51
