TRAVEL AGENTS ORDINANCE - SECT 32

Appeals

Any person aggrieved by the decision of the Registrar made in respect of him-

   (a)  to refuse to grant a licence under section 12(1);

   (b)  to impose conditions on a licence under section 11(1) or 18;

   (c)  to refuse consent under section 18(c); or

   (d)  to suspend or revoke a licence under section 19(1), may, within 28
        days from the date when he was informed of the decision, appeal to the
        Administrative Appeals Board. (Replaced 6 of 1994 s. 47)
