TRAVEL AGENTS ORDINANCE - SECT 3
Exemption
(1) The Registrar may exempt any person or class of persons from the operation
of this Ordinance.
(2) An exemption granted under subsection (1) shall be in writing.
(3) The Registrar shall give notice in the Gazette of any exemption granted
under this section.
